Refund policy

All sales are final. Kickvaultsa does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

A return or refund will only be considered if the incorrect item was sent or if the item was received damaged. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kickvaultsas@gmail.com.   with their order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided regarding the return process. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Any item that shows signs of wear or use will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges.
